Privacy Policy

We collect the minimum we need to run VaibOS: an email to sign you in, payment details handled by our processor, and privacy-conscious usage analytics. The free browser tools are built not to collect the data you paste into them. We don’t sell your personal data.

• Account data — your email address, managed through our authentication provider (Supabase) so you can sign in.
• Payment data — handled by Stripe. We receive subscription status and limited billing metadata, not your full card number.
• Usage analytics — product and page analytics via PostHog, used to understand how the site is used and to improve it.
• Waitlist — if you join a waitlist, the email you provide, so we can tell you when something launches.
• Technical data — standard server and hosting logs (via Vercel) needed to operate and secure the service.

The free developer tools run in your browser. The content you paste into them — keys, tokens, JSON, text — is processed client-side and is not sent to or stored on our servers.

To provide and secure the service, process payments, respond to you, understand and improve how VaibOS is used, and meet legal obligations. We do not use the code or content you bring to the product to train models.

We share data only with the providers that help us run VaibOS — currently our authentication (Supabase), payments (Stripe), analytics (PostHog), and hosting (Vercel) — each acting on our behalf under their own terms. We may disclose data if required by law or to protect the service.

Keys and credentials you connect for third-party providers are used to operate the features you enable. Handling of those secrets is described in the product; [confirm secret-storage details once Vault/Rotor are live].

We use cookies and similar technologies for sign-in sessions and analytics. You can control cookies through your browser settings; some features may not work without them.

We keep personal data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service, then delete or anonymize it, unless a longer period is required by law.

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, and to object to certain processing. To make a request, contact us at the address below. You can delete your account at any time from your account settings.

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, so we can’t guarantee absolute security.

VaibOS is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age in your jurisdiction), and we do not knowingly collect their personal data.
