Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of VaibOS, operated by CHAOSAiGENT [confirm legal entity] (“we,” “us,” “VaibOS”). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

VaibOS is a suite of tools for people building with AI — a set of feature-faces (the “crew”) over one account. Some features run locally, some run as hosted web services, and some are free browser tools that require no account.

You are responsible for the activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure. You must provide accurate information and be old enough to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

VaibOS lets you connect your own API keys and accounts for third-party providers (for example, AI model providers and code hosts). You are responsible for complying with those providers’ terms and for any usage or charges they bill you. We are not responsible for third-party services, and connecting them is at your discretion.

You agree not to use VaibOS to:

• break the law or infringe others’ rights;
• attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the service or its infrastructure;
• resell or misrepresent the service, or abuse free tools with automated bulk traffic; or
• upload content you don’t have the right to use.

Paid plans (for example, VaibOS Pro) are billed through our payment processor, Stripe. Prices, billing intervals, and any pay-what-you-can or founding-member terms are shown at checkout. Subscriptions renew until cancelled. Except where required by law or expressly stated, payments are non-refundable. [confirm refund policy]

The free developer tools are provided as-is for convenience. They run in your browser and are designed not to collect the data you paste into them. They may change or be removed at any time.

The VaibOS software, brand, and content are owned by us or our licensors. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service under these Terms. You retain ownership of the content and code you bring to the service.

The service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law. AI-assisted output can be wrong or incomplete; you are responsible for reviewing it before relying on it.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, VaibOS will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost data, profits, or revenue. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or to protect the service. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the date above and, where appropriate, notify you. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept them.
